OUR CENTER
Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Indian Creek in Corydon, Indiana, has Harrison County’s only Elite-Certified Reflections Unit, a secured wing dedicated to the care of patients and residents with dementia. Our entire staff has extensive training in the “Colorscapes Model of Care.” We are partners with the Kentuckiana Alzheimer's Association, offering the only Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group in the area.
In addition to this special service, Indian Creek also offers a strong transition-to-home program for those needing short-term rehabilitation. These patients and residents have a unique wing with a separate entrance and a recently remodeled rehab gym to enjoy.
While at Indian Creek, you can enjoy a variety of menu options from our award-winning dining service. Our staff is a dedicated group, with one of the lowest turnover rates in our region.
In 2009, we received the Excellence in Action award for outstanding customer satisfaction, as rated by our patients, residents and their families. In 2010, we earned the American Health Care Association's Bronze – Commitment to Quality award, for our dedication to promoting quality care to all we serve.
